Professional Experience
Jon Farris serves as Vice Chairman in Stream’s Houston office where he focuses on industrial tenant representation, transaction management, and new client and business pursuits. In his role, Jon aims to expand the company’s occupier services platform across Houston’s industrial market, leveraging Stream’s presence and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Jon rejoined Stream from CBRE, where he served as Executive Vice President. In this role, he advised industrial tenants, buyers, and developers across Houston and beyond, managing significant assignments that ranged from small-scale projects to over a million square feet. Jon consistently delivered tailored solutions that met the unique needs of his clients.
