Professional Experience
Jordan Brainard is a Managing Director & Vice Chairman with the Office Tenant Representation division in Stream’s Washington, D.C. office. She represents law firms and corporate clients on complex office transactions, providing strategic advisory services focused on consistency in process and reporting, developing a business case, and long-term portfolio planning. Jordan’s focus includes lease negotiations for relocations, renewals, and corporate headquarters assignments.
Prior to joining Stream, Jordan served as Executive Vice President at CBRE and previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Vornado Realty Trust. With over 20 years of industry experience, she has advised clients on some of the largest and most complex office transactions in the Greater Washington region.
