Joseph Spagnoli joined Steam Realty Partners in April 2021 as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, his duties include accounts payable, vendor compliance, contract preparation, tenant relations and property administration.

Prior to joining Stream, Joseph was part of an internship program at Cushman & Wakefield in the research department and also successfully completed an internship with Stream in the Property Management Department where he worked with institutional clients such as Blackstone, Morgan Stanley and Agellan.

In addition to his successful internships, Joseph has a strong background in customer relations and finance and has utilized his talents in the service industry and in the Finance Department with the Children’s Heart Foundation.
