Joyce Tuttle

Joyce brings over 20 years of property management, construction management, contract administration, budgeting, and staff leadership experience in the real estate industry to Stream. She is an experienced Commercial Real Estate professional with a demonstrated history of working in both owned-property and third-party management enterprises in Class-A office and suburban office parks. She joined Stream in 2022 as Senior Property Manager, overseeing industrial properties.

Prior to joining Stream, Joyce was a Property Manager with CBRE, Atlanta Property Group, and CP Group overseeing management for multiple buildings in their portfolio.  During the past few years, Joyce has completed over $7 million in capital improvements to include a lobby, common area, and restroom renovations, exterior façade, parking lot resurfacing, HVAC mechanical system replacements, landscaping, TI build-outs as well as many other projects.  Her primary responsibilities involve day-to-day operations and tenant relations as well as a focus on the refurbishment of the properties.
