Professional Experience
Kara Stevens is a Property Manager in Stream’s Austin market. In her role, Kara leads property management operations at RiverSouth, a 373,000 square foot Class AA smart building located in Austin’s South Central Waterfront District. With a strong ability to manage diverse teams and advanced building systems, she ensures the seamless operation and continued success of this state-of-the-art property.
Kara joined Stream in 2024, bringing six years of experience in commercial real estate and more than 11 years in multi-family real estate. Her previous portfolio consisted of newly-developed Class-A office high-rises occupied by high-profile, Fortune 500 tenants.
Kara is an active member of BOMA Austin and currently serves on the 2025 Awards Committee. Kara enjoys traveling and spending time with her two children.
