Professional Experience
Karen Bryant is a Senior Vice President with the Healthcare division in Stream’s San Antonio office. In this role, Karen represents healthcare systems and healthcare services providers and advises on real estate strategies that support operational efficiency, growth, and long-term planning. Karen’s focus includes healthcare tenant representation, healthcare strategy consulting, talent development, and identifying acquisition and expansion opportunities across South and Central Texas.
Prior to joining Stream, Karen served as Group Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for CHRISTUS Health, where she partnered with health system leadership to develop and execute regional growth strategies. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Hospital Administrator for HCA/St. David’s, University Health System, and CHRISTUS Health. With more than 22 years of healthcare leadership experience, Karen has led key acquisitions of medical group practices and hospitals, as well as ground up developments of specialty and primary care clinics, freestanding emergency centers, and other healthcare facilities.
