Kate Benn serves as a Junior Graphic Designer at Stream Realty Partners, playing an essential role within the marketing team based in Austin. Her primary responsibilities include crafting compelling marketing collateral and promotional materials for various leasing, investment, and tenant representation projects, incorporating photography to enhance visual appeal. Collaborating closely with colleagues across divisions, Kate brings projects to life, ranging from property brochures and email campaigns to social campaigns and tour books.
Before joining Stream Austin’s dynamic marketing team in April 2024, Kate honed her skills as a Content Developer at IGT, where she worked alongside the Georgia Lottery marketing team. Her journey into the realm of creative branding began during her internship with the PGA of America in 2021, further enriching her experience in the field. Kate holds a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications with a minor in Media Arts from the University of South Carolina, solidifying her foundation in design and creativity.
