Professional Experience
Kathryn Martin joined Stream Realty Partners in 2015 and is a Property Manager for Stream Houston’s office division. Kathryn currently manages Two Riverway, a Class A 17-story high-rise office building consisting of 369,479 square feet and 4900 Woodway, a Class B high-rise office building consisting of 122,899 square feet, both of which are Sidra Real Estate properties located in the prominent Uptown Houston submarket.
During Kathryn’s tenure, she has successfully completed extensive capital projects (cooling tower and roof replacement, access control upgrade, major lobby and corridor renovations), reduced operating expenses through competitive bidding, increased parking revenue for a client in upwards of $100,000 annually, supervised all tenant build-outs and maintained outstanding client and tenant relationships. Kathryn has been consistently recognized for her strong mentorship and organizational skills, adaptability and willingness to go above and beyong for her clients, tenants and team, becoming a recipient Stream’s “All Star” award in 2018.
Previously Kathryn has been involved with managing 1.2 million square feet of office space in the Energy Corridor for Westlake Three, Westlake Four, Westlake Park Association and Timberway One. Previous clients include Principal Financial Group, Agellan Commerical REIT, Interventure Advisors LLC and Banyan Street Capital.
Kathryn is currently an active member of IREM and is working to earn her Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification.
