Professional Experience
K.C. Tenukas serves as Executive Vice President of Office Tenant Representation in Stream’s Tampa office. In this role, K.C. represents occupiers of office space and advises clients on real estate strategies that align with their business goals. His focus includes multi-market portfolio management, build-to-suit and relocation assignments, ground-up development advisory, and strategic planning for office users.
Prior to joining Stream, K.C. worked as a Senior Vice President at CBRE. With nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, he has delivered more than 13 million square feet of transactions, exceeding $500 million in value. His notable experience includes advisory services to Strategic Property Partners on a $3 billion ground-up mixed-use development in Tampa, as well as leading regional and national headquarters lease and purchase transactions. K.C. also specializes in delivering multi-market office portfolio solutions for corporate occupiers.
