Kellie Garetson joined Stream in 2021 and serves as Associate Director of the Property Management division in Dallas. In this role, she oversees a portfolio of high-rise and mid-rise office properties and leads a team of property management professionals. Kellie’s responsibilities include providing exceptional client and tenant service, ensuring financial performance and operational excellence, and supporting the development of her team.
With more than 26 years of commercial real estate experience, Kellie brings a comprehensive background in managing office assets ranging from 200,000 to over 1 million square feet. Before joining Stream, she held property management roles with Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Cushman & Wakefield, and Cousins Properties, where she gained extensive expertise in property operations, financial management, and client relations.
