Professional Experience
Ketra Walton is a property management professional with progressive experience in Class A office, industrial, and retail products. She joined Stream Realty Partners – Atlanta in 2022. Her duties include overseeing the day-to-day operations of her assigned properties while leading the property management and vendor partner teams.
Prior to joining Stream Realty Partners – Atlanta, she was employed by Manulife Investment Management for 13 years (fka John Hancock Investments), where she and her team were recognized for achieving the highest Kingsley tenant survey score within the nation in 2017. In 2014, she was a recipient of a Spot Award for her oversight of 1.2m SF of industrial and 314k SF of Class A office product.
She has experience managing several capital and tenant improvements, often simultaneously. She is adept in leadership which promotes talent retention and fosters long-term vendor and tenant relationships built on integrity and trust.
Ketra is a New Jersey native and enjoys spending time with her family, thrifting, and cooking.
