Professional Experience
Kim Jackson, CPM, joined Stream in 2016 and currently spearheads the Georgia and Florida markets as the Managing Director of Property Management. She is responsible for the oversight of Atlanta and Savannah property management leadership, strategic direction, and overall growth of Stream’s Southeast division in property management, which encompasses over 20 million square feet of office, retail, mixed-use, and industrial assignments.
With over 20 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, Kim’s wealth of knowledge allows her to successfully be responsible for the oversight and management of 85+ real estate professionals and the daily operations of property portfolios in the entire Georgia market and evolving Florida market. She develops lasting relationships with tenants and clients, while continuing to expand Stream’s reputation for providing above and beyond, top-tier service.
Before joining Stream, Kim received awards and designations, including the BOMA International TOBY Award on a downtown high-rise building, earning LEED Silver and achieving all points in all categories. She continues to be a long-term member of both Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), holding local, regional, and national roles. In addition, she was recognized as a “Woman of Influence” from GlobeSt’s Real Estate Forum.
Kim is a proud advocate of diversity and mentorship within the commercial real estate industry. She previously held positions with CBRE, Parkway and PM Realty Group. Most importantly, she is a proud mom of a high school biology teacher and an orthopedic surgeon.
