Professional Experience
Lena Thomas joined Stream Realty Partners in 2018 and serves as a Senior Vice President for the Industrial Team in the Dallas office. Lena is responsible for Project Leasing and Tenant Representation, as well as Acquisition and Disposition services. Lena focuses on advising clients in their commercial real estate strategies, portfolio management, and securing advantageous lease terms, concession packages, and incentives. Her specialties include acquisitions, dispositions, sale-leasebacks, build-to-suits, retrofits and conversions, valuations, and strategic portfolio consulting. In her tenure, Lena has participated in over 330 transactions valued at over $1B.
Before joining Stream, Lena graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Marketing. At the university, Lena was involved in a variety of campus organizations. Her competitiveness, relationship-building, and attention to detail are valuable assets to Stream.
