Professional Experience
Liam Skelly joined Stream in December 2024 as a Senior Associate on the Swanson Apartment Team. He focuses on properties throughout the 605 Corridor of Los Angeles County and North Orange County, where he takes a hands-on, relationship-driven approach. Liam dedicates significant time to meeting with apartment owners across these markets to identify opportunities where he can add strategic value.
With experience at both publicly traded and privately held real estate firms, Liam has developed a strong understanding of investment strategies across a range of ownership profiles. His clients include private investors and family offices, with an emphasis on helping them grow and reposition their portfolios through 1031 Exchanges, targeted dispositions, and management-simplifying strategies.
Liam brings a blend of business acumen and cultural insight shaped by his South American heritage. Outside of real estate, he maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys playing pickup basketball and spending time with friends and family.
