Professional Experience
Luba is a Transaction Manager at Stream Realty Partners, supporting the Office Occupier Services division at South Florida office. She oversees all aspects of transaction execution, maintaining real-time deal tracking, coordinating lease negotiations, and ensuring the seamless management of critical dates and documentation across active projects.
With a focus on precision, collaboration, and maintaining client relationship Luba develops and manages tools and processes to improve transparency and workflow efficiency.
Prior to joining Stream, Luba was part of the Transactions & Advisory team at CBRE where she developed and contributed a strong foundation in leasing strategy, advisory and deal execution on a local, national and global scale.
In her free time, Luba enjoys being active outdoors, playing golf, skiing, watching Formula 1 and trying new recipes.
