Professional Experience
Maddison Sickels serves as Vice President within the office division of Stream in Nashville. In this capacity, she represents institutional and local office owners and is responsible for sourcing, securing, and executing business opportunities across all service lines, including leasing, investment sales, and both tenant and landlord representation. Having joined Stream in 2023, she brings a broad background in asset management and brokerage.
Prior to joining Stream, Maddison worked in Asset Management at Amazon in Nashville, where she oversaw an industrial portfolio of AMZL last-mile facilities and cold storage assets. Maddison began her career in commercial real estate in 2018 with CBRE in San Diego, where she specialized in office, R&D, and industrial leasing as part of a top-performing brokerage team. Her experience across multiple markets and property types enables Maddison to deliver a strategic, results-driven approach for her clients.
