Margaret Elkins joined Stream Realty Partners in 2022 serving as a Senior Associate in the Office Leasing and Tenant Representation team in Houston.
Prior to joining Stream, Margaret represented a 2 million-square-foot portfolio of Class A office properties on behalf of Hines and was involved in transactions exceeding 1 million-square-feet of office space. Major deals include JPMorgan Chase, Locke Lord, Andrews Kurth, Winstead, and Indigo/Momentum (M5).
