Professional Experience
Marissa Thorne started at Stream Realty Partners in 2022 and serves as Vice President of Property Management for the Northern Virginia team. She is responsible for managing a portfolio of trophy-class assets as well as high-profile clients.
Prior to joining Stream, Marissa worked at Brookfield Properties, where she spent nearly 12 years on property management teams in Silver Spring, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. She has managed more than 3 million square feet of office space during her career.
Thorne is a graduate and member of Project REAP, The Real Estate Associate Program that advances diversity, equity, and inclusion in the commercial real estate industry through education, mentorship, and partnerships.
