Professional Experience
Matt Wieser joined Stream in 2012 and serves as Managing Director and leader for the Dallas Office Leasing team. He is responsible for leading the strategic direction and operations of the team, expanding Stream’s office leasing and management portfolio, identifying strategic investment and development opportunities for the firm and its clients, and marketing and leasing office properties. Matt has more than 20 years of industry experience, the majority of which has been dedicated to the leasing and acquisitions of institutional-grade office properties.
Since joining Stream in 2012, Matt has been recognized by industry leaders such as CoStar, Dallas Business Journal, DCEO Magazine, D Magazine, and others. He has been consistently named a Top 10 company-wide annual producer and has been the top producer for Dallas’ Office Leasing division over multiple years.
Additionally, Matt is one of the original members of Stream’s Ambassador program, an elite organization focused on advancing the firm’s national office profile. Personifying the core values of Stream, the Ambassadors are essential to Stream’s national office platform, serving as exemplary leaders in their expertise, insights, and collaboration efforts.
Before joining Stream, Matt served as Managing Director at Pillar Commercial, a vertically integrated investment operating company, where he led the team responsible for the marketing and leasing of the company’s real estate portfolio. In addition, he was a member of the executive team and assisted with the firm’s acquisition and disposition strategies.
