Professional Experience
Mayra Camarillo currently serves as Vice President of Accounting for the Investment Management (IM) platform, which manages five opportunistic comingled discretionary funds and separate account mandates, collectively representing over $2 billion in equity.
In her current role, Mayra’s undertakes a diverse array of responsibilities, ranging from the preparation of quarterly financial statements for multiple funds to spearheading the implementation of the Investment Accounting module within Stream Realty’s Yardi system.
Prior to rejoining Stream, Mayra served on the fund accounting team at Affinius Capital, formerly known as USAA Real Estate. During her tenure there, she oversaw accounting duties for multiple industrial development closed-end funds and one multi-family open-end fund.
In her previous role at Stream, Mayra assumed diverse leadership roles within Stream’s third-party property accounting group and corporate accounting team.
Mayra is an alumna of Texas A&M University, where she obtained both a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and Master of Science degree in Accounting. She began her professional career in Dallas as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche. Mayra is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas.
