Professional Experience
Michael Heintz serves as a Regional Managing Director of Property Management for Stream in the Carolinas. He is responsible for leading the strategic growth of Stream’s property management platform throughout the Carolinas region, which includes sourcing and pitching service business, growing client relationships, and developing best practices to further the Stream brand.
Michael brings over 15 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Stream, he served as a Senior Property Manager with Jones Lang LaSalle, overseeing a portfolio of 25+ mixed-use assets located in urban neighborhoods within Charlotte, NC. Previous to JLL, he was a Senior Property Manager with Childress Klein in Charlotte, NC, overseeing over $1M SF of office space. Michael began his career in Washington, D.C., where he worked for both Monday Properties and Carr Properties over a span of seven years.
