Professional Experience
Michaela Larson is a Brokerage and Marketing Coordinator with the Landlord Representation division in Stream’s Washington D.C. office. In this role, Michaela supports Stream’s Washington D.C. brokerage team through market and transaction research, marketing strategy, and client engagement. She also manages the distribution of offering collateral to prospects and clients, working closely with brokers to ensure pitches and proposals are well informed, accurate, and competitive.
Before joining Stream full-time, Michaela participated in the firm’s Summer Analyst Program in the Washington, D.C./Northern Virginia region. During her time at Stream as a summer analyst, she was part of the team that won Stream’s annual intern competition. She also competed in and won a strategic case competition for Dick’s Sporting Goods that involved financial analysis and a focus on investment-based decision making. Prior to working at Stream, she was an analyst at The Neutral Project, supporting marketing and research efforts for sustainable mass timber developments across the Midwest.
