Professional Experience
Michelle joined Stream in 2016 as a Senior Property Manager and was promoted to VP of Property Management in 2020. With over 25-years of experience in the real estate market; Michelle has an in-depth knowledge and expertise of the Austin market. Michelle’s current portfolio includes management of 3.5-million square feet of office and industrial properties in the Austin area.
Prior to joining Stream, Michelle was with TIG Real Estate Services for 11-years. As VP of Property management, Michelle provided property management leadership along with direct management oversight of over 1.5 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail properties.
Previous management experience includes 12-years with Kennedy Wilson where Michelle was a Senior Property Manager. In that role, she had involvement in the ground-up construction management of 3 commercial office building totaling over 400,000 square feet. Michelle was also responsible for all tenant finish construction and construction management of these 3 properties. Michelle began her career with Coldwell Banker-Houston as a Property Accountant.
Michelle is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas and has obtained her Certified Property Management (CPM) and Real Estate Property Administrator (RPA) designations.
