Professional Experience
Michelle Zvyagelsky joined Stream in September 2022 as a Vice President of Property Management in Denver, Colorado. In her current role, Michelle manages both commercial office and 13 retail properties with clients including Crow Holdings. With more than 16 years of property management experience, she thrives in relationship building with clients and problem solving in her work.
Prior to joining Stream, Michelle began her career in property management working her way up from an admin role to Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager to General Manager, and eventually in her current role as Vice President. Her management experience portfolio includes everything from residential to new build to construction management. She also has a background in public relations and communications, which directly translates to her excellent customer service skills.
Having worked in almost every level of property management, Michelle truly has a full perspective of the industry and how every position brings value to tenants. Michelle is constantly raising the bar to provide the best possible service for her clients and tenants and embodies Stream’s people first values in everything she does.
