Professional Experience
Mitch Kingsley serves as Vice President for Stream’s Investment Management (IM) platform, which currently manages five opportunistic comingled discretionary funds and separate account mandates, collectively totaling over $2 billion in equity.
His primary focus lies on both existing investments and identifying new opportunities within the Southeastern U.S. market. His role encompasses the entire investment lifecycle, from acquisition underwriting and strategic financing to asset management and dispositions.
Additionally, Mitch serves as the Portfolio Manager for Stream’s Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) investment vehicle, where he contributes significantly to leading it’s investment strategy and spearheading nationwide deal executions.
Prior to joining Stream, Mitch earned his Master of Science degree in Financial Management from Durham University Business School in Durham, England. At Durham, he served as a sector leader for the Finance Society Investment Fund.
Mitch holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Hofstra University. During his tenure at Hofstra, he was captain of the varsity lacrosse team and assumed leadership roles in various academic organizations. Additionally, he gained practical experience through internships at Bank of America, Lincoln Financial Group, and ROTH Capital Partners.
