Professional Experience
Morgan Neely, CPM® joined Stream and is an Associate Director of Property Management. With an extensive career in real estate and accounting, Morgan brings over 20+ years of experience with a background in Client Relations, Asset Stewardship, Process and Operational Consulting, and Employee Development.
In her current role, Morgan leads a property management team in the management of nearly 10 million square feet of industrial assets in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
Morgan holds a Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is also an active member of the IREM Dallas chapter by serving as a member of the Executive Council.
Prior to joining Stream, Morgan worked as an Industrial Client Manager with Holt Lunsford Commercial for nearly 3 years, working with clients including Taurus Investment Holdings and The Meritex Company. Morgan also worked at Digital Realty as a Real Estate Manager for over 8 years.
