Myles McDevitt is a Senior Associate with the industrial Tenant Representation team in Stream’s Atlanta office. In this role, Myles advises industrial occupiers on leasing strategy, site selection, and long-term portfolio planning. His focus includes tenant representation and strategic advisory services for corporate users and regional operators alike.
Since joining Stream, Myles has completed nearly $40 million in transaction volume, executing lease, purchase, and sale agreements across the country. Known for his detail-oriented, steady approach, Myles brings clear communication and a strong market perspective to every engagement.
Prior to joining Stream, Myles served as a Territory Manager for United Distributors in Smyrna, Georgia, where he led a team of five sales professionals and managed a portfolio of more than 450 brands across 200 customers throughout metro Atlanta.
