Professional Experience
Natalie Sulzby joined Stream Nashville in 2021. In her role, Natalie serves as a central point of contact for the Nashville office, ensuring smooth daily operations while providing a welcoming experience for all clients and team members. Her focus includes supporting executive leadership, streamlining office operations, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Natalie’s organizational skills extend to managing accounts payable and receivable, onboarding new employees, coordinating internal and external events, as well as Stream Nashville’s philanthropic efforts.
Prior to joining Stream, Natalie supported an office brokerage team at Cushman & Wakefield, where she was responsible for providing property marketing and transaction support for a multi-million-square-foot portfolio, training new support staff, and spearheading local implementation of a web-based commission software, along with multiple corporate rebrands. Natalie began her 24+ year career in commercial real estate working for AIG Baker Shopping Center Properties in Birmingham, Alabama.
