Professional Experience
Nate joined Stream Realty Partners in 2009 as Operations Manager for the downtown Austin portfolio. Nate has eighteen years of experience in commercial building maintenance and management in all types of building uses including office and industrial; included in this are semi-conductor production facilities, clean rooms, condo buildings, etc.
His previous experience in designing, installing, troubleshooting, and programming Energy Management systems with his previous employer, Schneider Electric, has proved invaluable in implementing energy-saving features to the Stream portfolio. During Nate’s tenure, he has been able to save thousands of dollars troubleshooting and repairing the existing computerized HVAC, security, and CCTV systems on Stream’s properties.
In early 2016, Nate was promoted to Regional Director of Operations and has since been working with the Austin, El Paso, and San Antonio teams to provide help anywhere needed in building operations. In 2016 Nate was able to obtain his LEED Green Associate designation from USGBC and has since had an active role in getting several building certifications. The most awarding accomplishment in this area was to help lead the Perry Brooks building in Austin to obtain Platinum Certification in 2017. It was the first and only existing building to have received this designation in Austin at the time.
