Professional Experience
Nathan joined Stream Realty in 2015. During his tenure at Stream, Nathan has worked with multiple industrial, office, and retail properties on behalf of many clients. Nathan has been the point of contact with multiple high-profile clients, including AEW Capital Management, Greenfield Partners, Heitman Capital Management, TIAA, Morgan Stanley and Agellan Capital properties located in Chicago, Houston, Dallas and Austin. Most recently, Nathan oversaw the team of accountants responsible for the property and investment entity reporting on behalf of Stream’s Investment Management platform, which currently manages five opportunistic discretionary funds totaling over $1.7 billion of equity across the country.
In his current role, Nathan oversees Stream’s Property Accounting department of 140+ professionals which includes full cycle GL accountants and other special teams such as treasury, AP/AR, financial systems, transitions, and internal audit.
Prior to joining stream, Nathan worked as a bank auditor for LCG Advisors and was in the commercial financing department of Frost Capital Group (a division of Frost Bank). Nathan graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Financial Economics and Business Administration.
