Professional Experience
Nick Peacher is a Senior Vice President on the Atlanta industrial team. Nick serves as the Airport Submarket Leader, where his in-depth market knowledge allows him to identify acquisition, disposition, and development opportunities for clients. In this role, Nick also provides brokerage services in tenant and landlord representation with a focus on sourcing and executing lease transactions. During his time at Stream, Nick has completed lease and sale transactions totaling over $300M in consideration. Some of Nick’s notable clients include TA Realty, Prologis, Brennan Investment Group, and Faropoint.
Before joining Stream, Nick was commissioned as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. During his military tenure, he served as an Infantry Platoon Leader and Company Executive Officer. Throughout his training, he completed a variety of military courses including Airborne and Ranger School.
