Professional Experience
Nick Peacher is a Senior Vice President on Stream’s Atlanta Industrial team. Nick helps to lead the team’s institutional landlord service business with a focus on the South Atlanta market. His in-depth market knowledge allows him to serve as an advisor for both landlords and tenants during lease transactions. He also works closely with investors and users to identify acquisition, disposition and development opportunities. During his time at Stream, Nick has completed over $500M worth of lease and sale transactions. Some of Nick’s notable clients include Link Logistics, Prologis, AEW, and Morgan Stanley. Nick was Stream Atlanta’s Top Producer in both 2022 and 2023.
Prior to joining Stream, Nick was an Infantry Officer in the United States Army. During his military tenure, he served as Infantry Platoon Leader and Company Executive Officer. Throughout his training, he completed a variety of military courses including Airborne and Ranger School.
Nick graduated from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA.
