Nick Anderson is a Vice President in Stream’s Phoenix office who specializes in Landlord and Tenant Representation. With a background in economics and mathematics from the University of Minnesota Twin-Cities, he brings analytical precision to his role.
Before joining Stream in 2023, he gained experience in cybersecurity, honing his professional and analytical skills. An avid enthusiast of golfing, fishing, hunting, running, reading, and traveling, he finds joy being outdoors and being active.
Having played junior hockey with players from around the world, he developed teamwork and leadership skills, which inform his collaborative approach to client relationships. Dedicated to excellence, he is committed to driving positive outcomes for clients in the industrial real estate realm.
