Professional Experience
Nick joined Stream Realty Partners in January 2023 as a Senior Associate. His responsibilities include sourcing industrial land opportunities for development and investment sales, along with representing Landlords and Tenants for lease transactions. Nick began his commercial real estate career at CBRE in June 2016, where he represented private owners of apartment buildings throughout the Inland Empire.
Nick has been successful in his career through his exceptional work ethic and perseverance in every aspect of the business. His clients appreciate his aptitude when it comes to understanding their needs and developing a strategic plan to achieve their most ideal outcomes.
