Professional Experience

Nick Wigoda is Managing Director and Executive Vice President for Stream’s South Florida region. A recognized leader in the industrial real estate sector, he brings more than 20 years of experience representing institutional owners, investors, and occupiers.

Before joining Stream, Nick co-led Newmark’s Industrial Services Division in South Florida alongside Steve Medwin, completing over $2 billion in transactions. Known for his strategic and innovative approach, he consistently delivers tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of industrial clients.

Throughout his career, Nick has advised a broad range of institutional clients, including REITs, private equity firms, and corporate occupiers, with expertise in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and investment strategies across sectors such as logistics, manufacturing, aviation, and transportation. Prior to Newmark, he served as Executive Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, guiding clients through complex transactions and growth initiatives.
