Professional Experience
Paige Gunn joined Stream Realty Partners in December 2021 as a Vice President of Industrial Brokerage. She will be focused on helping to build Stream’s industrial brokerage platform. Her responsibilities will include sourcing and executing new acquisitions opportunities, investment sales and leasing service business, and developments along with recruiting and training team members.
Gunn previously worked at Transwestern. In 2016, she was as an investment sales analyst and quickly rose through the ranks – from associate to associate director to senior director leading the Chicago Investment Sales Group. She has been involved in the successful origination and execution of over $310 million of office and industrial investment sales transactions throughout Chicago and the Midwest – totaling over 4.7 million square feet. She also has provided strategic, in-depth valuations and financial underwriting for over 100 million square feet of office, flex, industrial, and mixed-use assets for her clients with a total gross value of more than $3.8 billion. Prior to Transwestern, she worked at Marcus & Millichap and Berkadia.
