Professional Experience
Paige Korte joined Stream Realty Partners in 2021 and serves as a Senior Associate for Stream’s tenant representation division in the greater Chicago market. In her new role, Paige will focus on developing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and creating partnerships with local, national, and global occupiers. She will be responsible for advising new and existing clients in lease renewals, expansions, right-sizing, and relocations.
Before joining Stream, Paige began her real estate career at Avison Young where she was focused on agency leasing. During this time, Paige represented owners and landlords across all agency leasing efforts in Suburban Chicago. With this experience, she understands how both landlords and tenants evaluate each transaction. Paige gained local and regional market knowledge by assisting with tours, marketing, building surveys, and market research.
