Paul Perona is a Senior Associate with the Office Tenant Representation and Investor Services divisions in Stream’s Nashville office. In this role, he advises landlords, tenants, and investors alike, with a focus on creating opportunity and delivering exceptional service for his clients in one of the nation’s most dynamic real estate markets.
Prior to joining Stream, Paul spent several years in the healthcare sector with a focus on medical device, patient experience, and revenue cycle management. Since joining Stream in 2022, Paul has completed $30 million in combined leasing and sales transaction value.
