Professional Experience
Paul Perona joined Stream Realty Partners in 2022 and serves as an Associate in the Nashville office. Paul’s responsibilities include but are not limited to helping clients through tenant and landlord representation in both the leasing and sales transactions of their assets.
Prior to joining Stream, Paul spent the previous 5 years strategically partnering with prominent healthcare systems across the country to bring a better digital financial experience to patients and improved financial results to providers. He aspires to make the same positive impact for his clients in commercial real estate and is eager to focus on helping Nashville continue to flourish, the city he’s called home since 2015.
