Professional Experience
Peter McGuone joined Stream Realty Partners in June 2022 as a Managing Director. He is responsible for landlord representation and specializes in Atlanta office leasing, value-add opportunities, and launching new construction projects. Peter works with owners to convert traditional office spaces into experiential spaces that confirm current market trends.
Peter came to Stream from CBRE, where he served as a Senior Vice President. With over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, Peter provides a new take on current market trends. Peter has also worked for companies including TPA Realty Services and Transwestern.
