Professional Experience

Peter McGuone joined Stream Realty Partners in June 2022 as a Managing Director and co-lead of the Office Leasing Group. He is responsible for landlord representation and specializes in repositioning value-add opportunities and marketing and launching new construction projects. Most recently, Peter leads the leasing efforts for 1050 Brickworks, a new 225,000 RSF Class A asset in West Midtown that delivered in 2024 via a partnership between Asana and Sterling Bay. Earlier in his career he also lead the leasing efforts for Avalon, which has become gold standard of “experiential” mixed-use projects in the southeast.

Peter and his partner of over 20 years have generated over 8 million square feet in lease transactions since 2016 alone at a value of over $1 billion in lease and $200 million in sale transactions, respectively.

Peter came to Stream from CBRE, where he served as a Senior Vice President for nearly 10 years.
