Professional Experience
Rachel Scarr is the Director of Transitions & Training for Stream’s Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia market teams. Since joining Stream in 2016 as a Senior Property Manager, Rachel has grown within the company, advancing to Director through her leadership in operations and client relationships. In her role, she oversees the seamless transition of properties into Stream’s portfolio while ensuring operational excellence. She is responsible for the implementation and administration of policies, procedures, and programs that support professional property management and enhance the experience of our clients and building occupants.
Prior to joining Stream, Rachel spent nine years at Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield) as a Property Manager where she managed over 750,000 square feet of Class A office space in Washington, DC. Her responsibilities included financial reporting, budgeting, construction management, accounts payable and receivable, and overseeing building operations and engineering. She also played a key role in coordinating $20 million in capital projects and contributed to achieving LEED for Existing Buildings: O+M Gold certification.
