Professional Experience
Ramsey March is Executive Managing Director and Partner in Stream Realty Partners’ Dallas–Fort Worth office, where he leads the firm’s office development and acquisition platform. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Ramsey has directed development, capital markets, and leasing initiatives across major U.S. markets. Under his leadership, Stream’s development group has completed projects totaling over $1.9 billion in value.
Ramsey has consistently been a top-producing brokerage professional at Stream, ranking as the #1 office division producer in the DFW market in 2014, 2016–2019, and 2021, and among the firm’s top national producers throughout his career. Over his tenure, he has completed more than 200 lease transactions totaling 3.5 million square feet.
In addition to his production work, Ramsey is a member of Stream’s Value Preservation Advisors group (VPA). Leveraging Stream’s dual platform as both owner and service provider, the VPA team delivers integrated solutions for lenders and property owners across asset classes—helping preserve value and mitigate loss in complex or distressed situations.
Before joining Stream in 2009, Ramsey served as Senior Vice President at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors in New York, where he structured over $3 billion in debt, equity, and investment sales across multiple asset classes nationwide. He began his career with Goldman Sachs’ Archon Group, focusing on loan asset management. Ramsey holds a BBA in Finance from Baylor University and an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
