Professional Experience
Ramsey March is Executive Managing Director and Partner in Stream’s Dallas/Ft. Worth office, where he is responsible for the company’s office development and acquisition activities. Ramsey possesses 21 years of industry experience, which includes participation in development, capital markets, and leasing transactions totaling $4.3 billion in value. Under his guidance, Stream’s DFW development group has executed projects representing $565 million in value since 2018.
Additionally, Ramsey is a member of Stream’s Value Preservation Advisors (VPA) group. By leaning on Stream’s dual role as both real estate owners and service providers, the multi-disciplinary VPA team provides solutions to lenders and property owners across all asset classes and products by offering an agile platform to preserve value and mitigate loss for lenders and stakeholders that may require additional resources for handling challenging situations.
Ramsey is also consistently a top national brokerage producer for Stream and was the #1 office division producer in the DFW market in 2014, 2016-2019, and 2021. In total, Ramsey has completed nearly 200 lease transactions representing 3.5 million square feet during his tenure at Stream.
Prior to joining Stream, Ramsey spent eight years in New York with Rockwood Real Estate Advisors as an executive where he arranged capital market transactions throughout the United States. He began his career in Dallas as a financial analyst in the Archon Group’s loan workout and asset management team.
Ramsey is a graduate of Baylor University where he received a BBA in Finance, and Columbia University where he received an MS in Real Estate Development. He and his wife, Haley, reside in Dallas with their three children and enthusiastically support International Justice Mission, Advocates for Community Transformation (ACT), Genesis Women’s Shelter, Art House Dallas, the Baylor School of Nursing and Providence Christian School.
Recent Development Activity
Ramsey led the design, construction, marketing, and leasing efforts for the transformative redevelopment of Trammell Crow Center, a 1.2 million SF iconic office tower in Dallas’ Arts District. The $182 million project earned Dallas Business Journal’s Redevelopment of the Year award in 2018. In concert with the Trammell Crow Center redevelopment, Ramsey also orchestrated the land acquisition, conception, and development of the adjacent 2000 Ross mixed-use project. 2000 Ross is a multi-phase development that includes parking, retail, hotel, and office components. On behalf of its client, Stream delivered the $115 million first phase (2,050 stall parking garage + 25,000 SF retail) in 2019 and served as the project’s master developer. Ramsey also implemented the development and leasing of Connection Park, a highly successful 281,000 SF speculative office development that achieved 100% lease-up and sold in 2019.
Active projects in development and under Ramsey’s oversight in DFW include The QUAD and a build-to-suit for the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG), both in Uptown Dallas. The QUAD is a 480,000 SF speculative office and retail project (www.thequaduptown.com) on a 4-acre site for which Stream obtained a substantial zoning variance in 2020. The ABOG project features an 84,000 SF headquarters and testing facility situated on a 1-acre site. Both projects broke ground in 2022 and will deliver in 2024.
