Ramsey March

Managing Director & Partner

Ramsey March serves as Managing Director and leader of Stream’s office and mixed-use development and investment activities in the Dallas / Ft. Worth (DFW) market. Ramsey is a Partner in the firm and possesses more than 20 years of industry experience across a variety of disciplines and product types. He is consistently a top 5 national producer for Stream and was the #1 producer in the DFW office practice area in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Ramsey led the design, construction, marketing and leasing efforts for the transformative redevelopment of Trammell Crow Center, a 1.2 million SF iconic office tower in Dallas’ Arts District. The $70 million project earned Dallas Business Journal’s Redevelopment of the Year award in 2018. In concert with the Trammell Crow Center redevelopment, Ramsey orchestrated the land acquisition, conception and development of the adjacent 2000 Ross mixed-use project. 2000 Ross is a multi-phase development that includes parking, retail, hotel and office components. On behalf of its client, Stream delivered the $70 million first phase (2,050 stall parking garage + 25,000 SF retail) in 2019 and serves in an ongoing capacity as the project’s master developer. Ramsey also oversaw the development and leasing of Connection Park, a two-phase 281,000 SF speculative office project that achieved 100% lease up and sold in 2019.

Active projects in development and under Ramsey’s oversight in DFW include The Quad and the ABOG build-to-suit in Uptown Dallas. The Quad is a 350,000 SF speculative office and retail project (www.thequaduptown.com) for which Stream obtained a substantial zoning variance in 2020. Plans for the ABOG build-to-suit will be announced in 2021.

While at Stream, Ramsey has executed lease transactions totaling $750 million in value on 3.0 million SF and procured and executed investment and development projects valued at $510 million. Over his career, Ramsey has also executed more than $3.0 billion in property and loan sale transactions across the country in a variety of product types.

Prior to joining Stream, Ramsey spent eight years in New York with Rockwood Real Estate Advisors as an executive where he arranged capital market transactions throughout the United States. He began his career in Dallas in 2000 with the Archon Group, where he supervised a portfolio of non-performing loans, mezzanine/preferred equity investments and REO on behalf of investment funds controlled by Goldman Sachs.

Ramsey is a graduate of Baylor University where he received a BBA in Finance and Columbia University where he received an MS in Real Estate Development. He and his wife, Haley, reside in Dallas with their three children and enthusiastically support International Justice Mission, Advocates for Community Transformation (ACT), Genesis Women’s Shelter, Art House Dallas, the Baylor School of Nursing and Providence Christian School.
