Professional Experience
Reid Pakes started as a facilities and operations manager for Texas A&M University Athletics and Duke University Athletics in 2016 and 2017 and received experience in construction management and accounts payable. Reid began his commercial Real Estate Career when he joined Stream Realty in 2018 as a Property Administrator of the DRA Advisors and Agellan Commercial REIT industrial portfolios. In 2021, Reid was promoted to Property Manager of the Austin DRA portfolio and oversaw 1.35 million sq. ft. of industrial space. Today, he is a Senior Property Manager for the Clarion portfolio with 2,238,820 sq. ft. of industrial space.
