Professional Experience
Robyn Lozano Garza rejoined Stream in 2024 and serves as a Property Manager in San Antonio. Robyn is responsible for maintaining quality vendor and tenant relationships, preparing monthly reports for clients, bid processing and preparation of vendor service contracts, working with tenants and vendors to coordinate routine maintenance projects, accounts payable/receivable, and more. Her strengths include strong tenant relations, organization, and property management skills, as well as strong customer service experience.
Prior to Stream, Robyn worked as an Assistant Property Manager at Worth & Associates, assisting with more than 400,000 square feet of office space. In addition to that, she also worked as a leasing agent for a local apartment complex and in customer care for entertainment, retail, medical, and residential industries.
