Professional Experience
Ryan Evanich is a Senior Vice President with the Office Leasing division in Stream’s Dallas office. He is responsible for executing transactions on approximately 2.5 million square feet of office product, representing both institutional and private clients. Additionally, Ryan identifies strategic opportunities for his clients, including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
Over his 18-year career, Ryan has executed more than 800 real estate transactions totaling over 7 million square feet with an aggregate value of more than $1.5 billion. His track record includes landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, and development.
