Professional Experience
Ryan Oley is a Director in the Washington DC office where he oversees industrial development activities in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest regions of the United States. He is responsible for assembling of land, site due diligence, entitlements and governmental approvals, pre-development, budgeting, managing design engineering teams, and overseeing contractors and project schedules. Ryan brings 15 years of experience in development and construction and has developed over 12 million square feet of industrial product in California, Washington, and Georgia.
Prior to joining Stream, Ryan was the Vice President of Development and Construction for Crow Holdings Industrial where he was responsible for overseeing development projects in the Atlanta, Savannah, and Central Florida markets. Prior to Crow Holdings Industrial, Ryan was the West Region Development Manager for CenterPoint Properties where he was responsible for overseeing developments in the Northern California and Seattle markets. Ryan began his industrial development career with DCT Industrial Trust in Newport Beach, CA.
Ryan received an undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Southern California and holds a graduate degree in accounting and finance from the London School of Economics.
