Professional Experience
Sarvin Mohammadi joined Stream in 2022 as a property manager. She currently manages approximately 2.9 million square feet of industrial properties located in the Houston metro area. She focuses on delivering strong financial results, building great relationships with her clients, tenants, and vendors, and executing Stream’s core values.
Sarvin has been in the property management industry for over six years, with her portfolio including residential, commercial, office building, and retail properties. While managing, she successfully completed extensive capital projects, reduced operating expenses through competitive bidding, supervised all tenant buildouts, increased revenue, and maintained a great client and tenant relationship. Some of her additional responsibilities included accounting, reporting, and leasing.
