Professional Experience
Scott Ferguson joined Stream in 2017 and now serves as a Vice President for the firm’s office division in San Antonio. Scott is an expert in procuring and closing leasing transactions, tenant representation, and identifying strategic investment opportunities.
His extensive knowledge of the market and skillful handling of complex transactions have established him as a top performer in San Antonio. Throughout his career, he closed over $250 million in real estate transactions and works on behalf of clients that include Boyd Watterson, Brookwood Financial, EQ Office, Fuller Realty Interests, SageView Partners, Sirell Properties, Weston Urban, and others.
Scott has been a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), participating in the Young Leaders, Local Member Council, and Mentorship programs. Prior to joining Stream, he spent six years in Washington, D.C., working on Capitol Hill for members of the House of Representatives. His experience in the political arena has honed his communication skills, making him an effective negotiator and advocate for his clients.

- Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics, with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate, Texas A&M University
