Scott Hicks serves as Vice President within Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform, where he specializes in manufacturing and mission-critical projects. With more than 30 years of experience, Scott leverages his deep technical background to ensure exceptional delivery, quality, and coordination across complex industrial and high-performance environments. He brings measurable value through validation of design, constructibility, and cost management—helping clients align technical execution with strategic business goals.
Scott’s leadership combines technical precision with client collaboration, guiding projects through design, construction, commissioning, and delivery. His experience spans multiple high-performance industries, including manufacturing, data centers, and advanced technology. Known for his ability to manage multiple work streams under demanding conditions, Scott consistently drives schedule adherence, performance optimization, and stakeholder alignment.
Prior to joining Stream, Scott served as Vice President within JLL’s Industrial Project & Development Services team, overseeing major manufacturing and mission-critical projects for ABB. Earlier in his career, he managed mission-critical developments for clients such as Facebook, Google, Verizon, Ross, and Switch, where he led design coordination, scheduling, and commissioning across high-capacity, multi-MW data centers and technical facilities.
